In this body of work, the image samples have no optical distortions associated with them. This indicates without doubt, that the

anomalies imaged, are well within our atmosphere.

This body of work is built on AVID workflow.

AVID Media Composer 8.6.4 with Boris Fx BCC 9, used in the analysis of this work. This page is built entirely from HD video stills

(AVID DNxHD 200 format). Image scan technology: Nikon D4-D4S-D5, wireless control systems. Full Color HD Night Vision @ 60

FPS. Minimizing blurring or misidentification associated to non defined, under exposed imagery. UFOdc research has been concluded.

I'm now focusing on events in Deep Space. For this capability I've partnered with Orion Telescopes.

For this capability I've partnered with Orion and Celestron Telescopes. With the ability to see beyond the limits of my close proximity

technology, I needed technology comparable to NASA.

This study is based on a Fixed Pool of Analysis (FPOA)

I am a former White House/Air Force One/Marine 2 Engineer. This data in bulk, is within the White House Airspace. They're not

truthful on events, and have added fuel to the discrediting of realities, such as ET in AREA 51 (which I have documented, below).

This is all a pack of lies. The Obama administration orchestrated cover ups of UFO activities in and around the White House. This

final analysis is within the same airspace as the White House. The White House under Obama lied to the public, and changed the

moral structure of this country, for the worst. A man that lies is somebody (the country) cannot be trusted. I am a Republican. The

Obama administration did not and does not represent my views. The Obama's pulled the wool over America's eyes! Total Bullshit

Artists. This data is a clear indicator of the lies put forth by the Obama Administration.

The White House/Air Force One/Marine 2, Engineering contract: Wilbur Allen

First Contact: AREA 51 Nevada.

AREA 51 Starfield, National Geographic reference file, click on image for metadata and other details. The anomaly

is directly beside the left arrow on the NGM image above. The multiple frames taken in AREA 51 during "My Big

Redneck Vacation" AREA 51 on Country Music Television. Obama "joked" about A-51 saying its nothing more than

a base in the desert. This data and final conclusion prove it is not at all as Obama indicated in his lies. I'm 4 blocks

from 1600 Penn Ave NW. We share the same Airspace. However, in my portion, I am able to document, in Ultra HD

UFO events. My portion of the airspace sounds like a warzone, with constant helicopter activity, in close proximity

over our homes. I'll show you constant samples, and mention the constant helicopter flybys.

First contact with the UFO Band of Light, is in the airspace of AREA 51 (composite) while filming MTV-CMT "My Big

Redneck Vacation" in 2012. Using a newly acquired Nikon D4 (ISO 204800), I captured 5 frames in sequence of this

entering a wormhole. This base object sample is captured using D4 High definition imaging (AREA 51). My motion

picture samples (though limited motion picture), are extraordinary nevertheless!

NASA data confirmation .

Note the sample shows the Band of Light enter a portal. I have forensic documentation substantiating this fact,

below. The basis of which was demonstrated in Sedona Arizona while filming (BBC-Discovery) Uncovering Aliens.

Based on this 10 mm fisheye sample, I would say this anomaly was rather large. THis is a 10 mm fisheye sample.

How big is this object if its large in 10 mm?

NGM reference file (Click on image). Please note Metadata section of page. Shreveport, Louisiana 11-01-2012. In a 550 frame

sequence taken at 00:41:45 AM, we have 1 frame which shows a luminous object and contrail, as it ascends into Shreveport.

Atmospheric conditions in Shreveport are poor. There is excessive light and air pollution in this immediate area. I matched this

frame sample to video footage taken in Japan 11-15-2012. Shreveport LA. How was Japan able to get the exact same visual

sample as Shreveport? This question is answered within this analysis. The objects obtained within the (FPOA), are a clear

indication. This energy based spacecraft has been documented by NASA, and Grumman as early as 1960 (Grumman) below.

This study begins after returning from filming "My Big Redneck Vacation" in AREA 51 Nevada and Sedona Arizona. I had several

very unusual documented experiences in AREA 51 and Sedona which made several things quite clear: Extraterrestrials are using

Spatial Portals (Stargates) to enter and exit our airspace. Within my Fixed Pool of Analysis I have documented all the possibilities

associated with the appearance and disappearance of anomalous objects within our airspace.

The technology used for nocturnal cinematography requires no lights to operate. There are no light sources at the POV or in

my fixed pool of analysis (now concluded). Note this Japanese sample and the sample from Shreveport 15 days earlier. They

both have the exact same look, and trajectory, spite being taken from 2 different locations, thousands of miles apart..

Aliens are using Stargate Wormhole (Quantum) technology to enter and exit our realm. Based on the positioning of my cameras,

I am able to plot the trajectories associated with each event (N, S, E, W). Such as the anomaly above, and its trajectory inline with

the White House, 4 blocks from the POV. Within this region of geospatial space, all samples are captured. Based on my compass,

the magnetic fields in my Fixed Pool of Analysis (FPA) are off by 90 degrees? The deviations are relative to the research presented,

by NASA (below). This does not address repeats in time/events relative to my fixed pool of analysis. However, I will not limit this too

my pool of analysis, however; as Washington DC in general. I have documented events in DC that are hair raising.

Observations by NASA's THEMIS spacecraft and Europe's Cluster probes suggest that these magnetic portals open and close

dozens of times each day. They're typically located a few tens of thousands of kilometers from Earth where the geomagnetic field

meets the onrushing solar wind. This data does not include activities recorded within a fixed pool of analysis, 4 blocks from the

White House. Most portals are small and short-lived; others are yawning, vast, and sustained. Tons of energetic particles can

flow through the openings, heating Earth's upper atmosphere, sparking geomagnetic storms, and igniting bright polar auroras.

NASA failed to identify unnatural spatial anomalies (Portals) which exist within the Pool of analysis this study is built upon. Object

manifestation (materializations) are forensically documented within this analysis.

Grumman Ground Satellite Tracking technology 3-08-1960. Grumman tracked and documented the anomaly using advanced film

technology in the 1960's. However; their interpretation of the data is incorrect:

The strange object was reported as result of a news story in the Argus-Leader saying a vapor trail or what resembled a large beam

of light in the atmosphere was reported over Sioux Falls and later much of the nation. There is no scientific explanation, as yet for

the object, which was reported traveling cast to west rather than on the west to east trajectory common to man-made satellites.

This Grumman example serves as the basis of analysis to this study. What's imaged is not a vapor trail, however; an extraterrestrial

craft, imaged below at 60 frames per second. The multiple examples ranging from 500nm-950nm IR, through Full Color Night Vision

at 60 fps. The multiple samples are comparative forensically. This also serves as an example of an erroneous analysis. What was

seen was not a vapor trail. A vapor trail does not have prolonged longevity, just as these samples cannot be meteors upon entry

into Earths atmosphere.

the Obama White House stance on ET in Washington DC P-53 Airspace. Data is 100% consistent with

the findings of the US Navy Solar Observatory

The purpose of this page is to analyze the evidence as presented by my imaging systems and other sources of evidence such

as the NASA Solar Observatory image above. My image frame samples are from video (4K). This study is a comparative forensic

examination based on empirical evidence HD.

10-10-2016. D5 Nikon Events and anomalies which repeat with frequency suggests the possibilities of ET bases,

Portals, and cloaked mothership's are present within Washington DC Airspace. High speed captures (60 fps using

1/250th of a second shutter speed) reduces objective blurring generally associated with 24/50/100 FPS motion

pictures. Understanding the dynamics of the samples, reduces the possibilities of erroneous statements unless that

person is "limited in scope and intelligence"?

8-03-2015 UFO Cylinder Green Beam WARP Sound Tracker Analysis 2019

My findings are confirmed by my Late Associate: Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Apollo 14 Lunar Module Pilot, Apollo 14. In Dr. Mitchell's EVA 1

(above) while on the Lunar Surface an object which NASA identified as a flare appears on the EVA camera footage. Its exactly center

in the frame. The anomaly is not an artifact of the camera, as suggested by those that are clueless?

With forensic documentation,

such as Dr. Mitchell's EVA 1Dr. Mitchell confirmed the validity of this EVA with a sample I captured in Sedona AZ while filming

"Uncovering Aliens". Dr. Mitchell was speechless upon viewing the Sedona samples, below.

Footage. Dr. Mitchell described the object as massive! This event is 100% consistent with what my advanced imaging systems

are documenting. Second contact was most abstract! I had just climbed a mountain with 60 lbs of equipment on my back. When

I got to the top, my body was destroyed. I returned to the hotel in extreme pain, my body was destroyed by the climb. HOwever;

in my sleep I received a command to wake up (telepathically) When I arose, the pain to my body was completely gone? I was

asked to setup my camera behind my hotel room door, as instructed, I did. 2 minutes after hitting start, the object materialized

into the video (above). It gave me 2 commands, 2 locations, virtually the same, however; one showing the object entering and

the other showing it exit the Sedona Airspace. Time Lapse requires a frame rate to play on video players , in using 30 fps as

my frame rate. (above and below). Each video is processed in AVID Media Composer using DNxHD 145-200 AVID workflow.

Within my pool of analysis, I was able to document conditions in which these objects appear and disappear, with higher definition

than NASA's initial documentation onboard MIR in thee 1990's.. How ET Enters Our Airspace Many had problems associated with

these time lapse images, suggesting that I extended the duration of the exposure to get these samples? However; that's a feeble

notion and does not stand up to scientific scrutiny. Video taken at 60 fps has a base shutter speed of 1/60th of a second.

Unknown Objects during Orion Capture. Another second party example verifying samples presented in this Washington DC Final

Analysis. We are going Deep Space with a 10" reflector and superior imaging (motion picture) technology. These files forensically

authenticate the data presented here. Those that claim my work to be fraudulent, are indeed clueless and under educated. Only

those that know not, would say the samples here are the results of extended exposures?

NASA research is flawed! The facts associated with spatial anomalies relative to Earths magnetic fields does not include areas

such as Washington DC, Sedona Arizona, Shreveport Louisiana,, AREA 51 Nevada, Kokomo Indiana., which are far from the Equator

(Bermuda/Alaska Triangles).. To have examples in which objects suddenly materialize, stationary, and then go forth, such as the sample

which follows, suggests the teleportation process, in manifestation, is perhaps a stationary event? A mention relative to the possibilities

associated to events which repeat with exactness, however are each 365 days apart. How do anomalies in Time, Exist within Time itself?

Science, Langley.

7-09-2017 UFO Band of Light SM FB Analysis. A clear example of an object that suddenly appears into the airspace. "The way

in which the appearance and disappearance of UFOs taking place in our atmosphere" In an obviously clear sample, this object

appears from out of nowhere? Clearly indicating the validity of a Spatial Anomaly: Portal within my fixed pool of analysis. Objects

appear initially stationary, however; examples such as the following, shows motion associated with the objects manifestation into

this realm. It appears 100% stationary, and then goes to WARP. 1990. :"At this time, without a doubt, the Americans already knew

very well, the way in which the appearance and disappearance of the UFOs taking place in the atmosphere of our planet" (1990). 

4-25-2016 UFO Sphere Triangular Formation SM SDM Analysis: Proof positive Portals exist. In this clip there are 3 Spheres, they

decloaked and cloaked again, vanishing from the image area. With multiple events within my pool of analysis, plotting the location

of each event would gauge the approximate locations of these portals. They are moving in tandem, however; they're manifesting

into the airspace, not flying into it. The sudden manifestation is also illustrated on the Russian ISS footage below, also showing

the spheres in Space in formation *. (Russian ISS video below)

Russian ISS video showing UFO objects suddenly materializing into Space, through a portal associated to the North or South

magnetic Pole. The object in the Russian spatial footage suddenly appears. It had to exit a portal to enter this realm or area

specifically. Based on this research, these spatial portals maintain relative geospatial positioning, (they don't move, maintaining

a relative fixed positioning).. This study is based on relative geospatial positioning associated to the analysis pool. My approach

is simple; I match objects in Space with objects I imaged on Earth (some with sounds). They're a 100% match.

5-24-2015 UFO Spheres-Pairs SM Event 6 Analysis. Unlike my many other examples of this paired UFO tandem flight anomaly,

this is the first in which these objects materialize into the image frame*. The materialization of objects in my fixed pool of analysis.

3-01-2016 UFO Pairs Flyby IR Tracker Analysis 3. In my analysis of this footage, I discovered there were other unseen anomalies

which appeared and vanished within this video segment. An infrared sample, and the objects color maintained a red tint throughout

the video event.

The misidentification of an ET UFO object as a "shooting star": "a visual meteor appearing as a temporary streak of light in the

night sky". Our Sun is a star, and its not shooting! What then are the objects which most identify as a Shooing Star? When do

Shooting Stars materialize into the airspace, and not fly into it as defined by definitions?

7-07-2017 UFO Band of Light FB Analysis

Dr. Bruce Maccabee:: whatever you are videoing, it appears to have a constant brightness over the length of the image line. The

length of the line depends upon the speed of the object and the exposure time. The spacing between left ends (or right ends) of

the bright lines depends upon the speed and also the time between frames (or 1/frame rate). For a constant speed object the

length of the bright line on your screen divided by the spacing between left ends of any two adjacent lines should equal the exposure

time divided by the frame time (1/frame rate): Analysis Dr. Bruce Maccabee PhD. If I require a scientific assessment, I go to

professionals. Unless your PhD is in a relevant field, your comments are based on conjecture.

Gemini 4 Astronaut James McDivitt reported seeing a White Cylinder shaped UFO in space. The samples presented

are a 100% match to the anomaly witnessed by Gemini 4. Forensic additives which further substantiate the data

presented in this final analysis.

Portal Entry into our Airspace: The way in which ET enters our realm, is within the scope of Quantum Physics. Radar can't detect

what's not there, until it is there (physical manifestation). (They don't fly into the airspace; they materialize into it). Along with the

extraordinary materialization of this object are its unique sounds which were recorded upon entry into the fixed pool of analysis

(airspace). D4S NIkon. These samples show events relative to time. Note the dates and types of UFOs in the next 2 examples.

The samples show the same objects relative to time (1 year apart).

4-15-2018 UFO Band of Light SM FB HCIR Analysis. Another First: Hyper Color Infrared UFO capture using Hybrid Nikon D5 IR.

The Cylinder flyby showed this object was in a curved trajectory (turning). Its a full flyby of the Cylinder UFO, captured using Nikon

D4S @ 60 fps. In this example, the UFO is maintaining a curved trajectory. (Its not flying straight). This quality is not one of the

properties or attributes of a naturally occurring phenomena such as a meteor.

9-24-2017 UFO Cylinder SM Tracker Analysis. The object is leaving the airspace. Its structural (physical properties) maintain the

Cylinder (shape) configuration. Its not the result of a "prolonged exposure", an impossibility at 60 frames per second.

9-17-2017 UFO Teardrop SM SDM Analysis. This is a 24 mm sample, which means this event was inner space and within the

range of a Wide Angle lens. The lack of optical distortion generally associated with objects which are in our outer atmosphere.

However, we are going outside the range of my close proximity lens. 9-24-2017 sample above has the same trajectory as this

example.

Footage taken by NASA showing events illustrated here in HD, however in the 1990's. Though an inferior example, video in the

1990's was limited to ISO 1600. Though in its day it was indeed advanced, this research represents the state of the art in Digital

imaging (Motion Pictures) in Ultra HD 4K. Using data from 1990 as a basis only, its limitations have limited forensic values. Using

NASA as a basis of analysis, though limited in technology. NASA has followed my lead with upgrading ISS imaging systems to D5.

This sample is a matching forensic comparative to that which my systems captured 9-17-2017.

Russian FLIR Thermal Imaging Supportive UFO File From "Men in Black" Russian Documentary. The sample shows a Teardrop

anomaly, in motion and being pursued by Russian MIG's. The FLIR shows and object which is white, however with fluidic properties.

8-23-2017 UFO Cylinder SM WARP SDM Analysis. With a plethora of data, all gathered within a fixed geospatial region (90 degrees)

above my POV, 4 blocks from the White House. The Obama Administration did not view ET or UFO's as a reality or threat? They did

not view any of this, as a reality? Sharing the White House Airspace, and capturing constant events all within my fixed pool of analysis,

I can conclude that the Obama administrations views relative to these events were not intelligently based? I will use a term Obama used

to describe our current President Donald Trump, as that which clearly defines President Obama: "A Bullshit Artist". I was convinced of

this by his (Obama) interpretations associated with AREA 51 Nevada

Supportive Evidence from a second party source; a child onboard an aircraft filming out his seat window* Its a day time example

and filmed with a cellphone camera. Though more than likely taken with an i-Phone (phone of choice for children), the sample

provides sufficient proof, and validates evidence taken with advanced camera systems Nikon (D4/D4s/D5). My samples are all

primarily 60 frames per second. Prolonged exposures are impossible at high frame rates. Because these samples are 60 FPS,

the minimal shutter speed that can be used is 1/60th of a second. Due to the high ISO used to record the events, I am able to

increase my shutter speeds to 1/250th of a second (before video noise). Understanding High ISO means more granular

distortion (noise), requiring VNR (Video Noise Reduction). For this I use Boris Fx

10-21-2016 UFO Band of Light 2 Tracker Full Analysis. D5 Nikon. The definitions in which shooting star applies:

"a visual meteor appearing as a temporary streak of light in the night sky", does not apply in these examples. The

anomaly in this video is not temporarily displaying luminosity, or forwards trajectory. It's luminous qualities and

forwards trajectory are constant and consistent throughout this 60 fps example. Filmed using 1/250th of a second

shutter speed, there is a reduced a significantly reduced chance that these are the results of prolonged exposures

or shutter speeds (at 60 frames per second). 100% relative throughout the entire sequence.

8-21-2017 UFO Band of Light SM Cloud WARP Analysis. This event is beneath the cloud ceiling. The limited diffusion associated

with proximity to cloud matter, suggests this object is at the threshold of the cloud ceiling. Diffusion occurs when an extreme light

source is introduced to cloud mass (fog like) materials, causing a glow effect. MUFON identified these samples as bugs illuminated

by back light? MUFON is not a scientific organization, however a group of individuals which pay $4.99 a month to say they are UFO

investigators? They have minimal, if any, scientific expertise. It is apparent on their website. My research is not associated with

MUFON. For any analysis relative to this material, I use Dr. Bruce Maccabee.

8-20-2017 UFO Band of Light #2 SM WARP Tracker Analysis. Again an example of repeating events within my fixed pool of analysis.

Events transpiring within a fixed pool of analysis, constantly, is an indicator of the claims associated with Spatial Portals.

Skywatching with Night Vision scope (2nd party example), clearly shows the anomalies I get regularly from my Fixed Pool of

Analysis. It seems the bullshit artist are tongue tied, when it comes to facts they cannot possibly understand? Yet they push

forwards as something they are not (Qualified educationally or scientifically). Then why go forth as an expert when you are

clueless (MUFON)? Somebody always has something to say, even if it is absolutely moronic? MUFON is not the place to send

your materials.

3-06-2017 UFO Band of Light WARP SDM Full Tracker Analysis .Sample is an indicator of proximity in association with this event.

The anomaly is within and below the cloud layer. This is a 24 mm sample.

10-17-2017 Cylinder exiting the airspace through known Spatial Portal (within the pool of analysis). D5 capture shows the incremental

dematerialization of this object upon entrance of the Portal.

10-19-2016 UFO Band of Light 2 SM WARP SDM Analysis. Nikon D5 60 fps. Note the dates and events on this page?

We see clearly a pattern of repeats based on date.

10-14-2016. D5 Nikon @ 60 fps. Again note the dates in association with these events. This example shows the

Band of Light UFO in extreme close proximity. It's my estimation that this particular anomaly is 5-6 aircraft carriers

in length.

10-10-2016. D5 Nikon The anomaly again, is in close proximity. At 60 frames per second, and using shutter speeds

of 1/250th of a second, we can safely conclude this is not a prolonged exposure. Mindless and totally clueless are

those that think this material is the result of film animation/ magic? There are no cameras that can create visual effects

such as these examples.

12-25-2016 UFO Band of Light WARP SDM Analysis. The variations in length could also indicate proximity to

the camera or substantial variations in size, or both. The worlds first forensic comparative analysis based on

exact evidence. Each object is exactly alike, however in variations of length. I and an associate, Ken Ballos RIP

witnessed this anomaly in Richmond Virginia, as it flew above our heads in his front yard. Based on my research

This is indeed an Extraterrestrial Spacecraft, not the result of a slow frame rate and shutter speeds. D5 Nikon

using 1/250th of a second shutter speed and 60 frames per second frame rate, as base standards in 90% of the

videos in this analysis. These standards are not known for blurring.

10-26-2016 UFO Band of Light FB Tracker Analysis. Using Autodesk 3dsamax 2016 Virtual Camera technology to

track this object in flight, we get to see this extraterrestrial spacecraft up close and in step with its forwards velocity.

Applying forensic applications to further identify and examine unknown Extraterrestrial objects (spacecraft) D5 Nikon

within close proximity, however an erie match to the anomaly which destroyed the Russian Phobos 2. This forensic

match is imaged in P-53 Restricted Airspace (The White House). This is clearly associated with a Spatial Portal. The

anomaly incrementally materializes into the airspace. D5 Nikon

exceeds the limits of thought? How does a human brain process something greater than its rates of assessing data? It cannot see

therefore it cannot process the data in which it (the human eye) witnessed. The human brain is a very slow computer*.

8-22-2017 UFO Band of Light Cloaked SM WARP Analysis. Though it is somewhat visible, the question is, is it in a solid state as

it passes through the frame? My samples show these objects as solid masses, thoroughly visible. Though the possibility that this

visibility may be attributed to extreme High ISO (102400-ISO 204800) associated with the settings during capture. The exactness

associated with the exposures indicates these objects suggests the objects vary their intensities, for specific reasons.

8-06-2017 UFO Band of Light 1 Cloaked FB Analysis. If not for the extreme sensitivities of the cameras, this event would have been

100% invisible to the human eye*. Imaged ISO 102400, using 24 mm f/1.4 lens at 60 FPS using 1/250th of a second shutter speed.

Base setup standard of D5 Nikon] I use 60 FPS on all examples. Each sample is a high speed capture. There are no prolonged or

extended exposures, all files are 60 fps unless indicated.

4-03-2017 UFO Band of Light SM WARP SDM Analysis. Running these videos in real time, we see absolutely nothing. However in

AVID Media Composer, I am able to apply a time warp to each of these videos. The time warp slows the events down to 7% the

actual speed, showing incremental slow motion action and their associated events.

12-31-2016 UFO Band of Light Transient Warp SM Flyby Analysis. Clearly, this object is out of phase with reality. The results are

all the same? This object lowers its (luminosity) intensity, or is in between realms? Not here, and not there simultaneously? They

are essentially invisible by the fact they're below human visibility thresholds.

Starting in 2012, and in the months of August, events started repeating with an unusual and highly improbable frequency!

Events would repeat with 100% exactness, with the only differences being the starfield's in backgrounds. With the exception of

the first 2 images, which were obtained in Time Lapse, the motion picture applications which follow are all filmed at 60 frames

per second, using shutter speeds of 1/125th of a second through 1/250th of a second shutter speeds. These are not the results

of blurring associated with slower shutter speeds and frame rates (24 fps).

There are no light sources at the POV or in my fixed pool of analysis (now concluded). MUFON again fails at accurately assessing

scientific data? They are clueless, however; operating outside their scope of operations. They are not scientist, but rather normal

average people trying to assist in interpretations which they are not qualified. My dealings with the MUFON video analyst, which

used a MAC to examine videos, where not positive. The individual failed to identify his credentials or technology used in his analysis.

It was my opinion that he and his organization (MUFON) are bogus, nothing more that "Bullshit Artist". If you are fortunate

to have Dr. Maccabee as a friend, its strongly recommended that you send him your materials before going to MUFON (a very last

resort in my book). Chances are I will never use them (MUFON) because of their lack of credibility.

8-12-2012. In 2012, my imaging systems were Nikon D4. The D4 would allow me to record 8 hours of continuous video, in

Time Lapse. Time Lapse , though limited frame motion picture (1 frame per second), built upon 30 FPS motion picture frame

rate. In order for my 1 frame per second video to play, it must have file (frame rate associations), in order to play. Its also noted

that the frame rates of these files, when Mastered in Sony Vegas (14) technology, become 1080 30 mbps for Internet HD. The

files in which these samples are created (DNxHD200), Ultra HD, cannot be uploaded in their native formats. The files (U-HD 4K)

are simply to large for the Internet, and must be converted down to a lesser yet HD file size (-93% of the original file sizes).

8-05-2013. The probabilities that events would repeat, 365 days apart, for 5 years in a row, is highly, if not improbable to ever

happen? Yet, I present that which defies explanation and is highly unlikely to ever happen. But it does, and was indeed documented.

5-02-2015 UFO FB Infrared. My first infrared scan using D4 Nikon IR 650nm (x-ray/infrared)

Each of the Washington DC samples presented in this conclusion is obtained within a Fixed Pool of analysis. 98% of the samples

are specifically within a fixed Geospatial region of airspace, 90 degrees above the camera platform. On this platform, the camera

is mounted exactly the same with the only deviations in camera types (Full Spectrum Infrared/Full Color Night Vision), and the lens

configurations generally 10 mm through 200 mm (close proximity) and 2000 mm (Deep Space), at 30 and 60 frames per second

(fps) using 1/60th of a second + (through 1/500th of a second) shutter speed.

However; what you are looking at, if you are using the Internet, is a Low resolution [Internet HD 1080 30 MBPS] HD (minimal requirements)

for HD on the Internet, not at the original DNxHD200 original Ultra HD files native format. I use SONY Vegas 14 for video mastering and

Internet HD translations. The camera footage is processed in AVID Media Composer 8.8.0 level (Ultra HD) video editing (Motion Picture)

technology. My footage is used in the creation of Television shows. My clients include The BBC/A&E/NBCUniversal/MTV-CMT/CBS Evening

News with Scott Pelley/ABC News White House/Air Force One/Marine 2 Engineering. I learned and was trained in Photography through

the DOD/USAF/CIA Film Lab Clark AFB, PI. Needless to say, I have been trained by professionals, and base my systems and applications

on Professional Standards (NASA).

My approach is straight ahead, I'm using technology most people dream about, most of which exceeds NASA. I'm using the same standards

and scientific protocols to establish purity in examples. No trickery, Photoshop does not apply to Ultra HD video, though most mistaken

valid samples as fraud, however fraud based on a lack of knowledge? They call something fake while actually being clueless. MUFON called

this work, "bugs being lighted from the ground", or a byproduct (manufactured by the camera)? These people are not scientifically or

Educationally trained for the endeavors in which they claim. Yet they make assessments based on the nothings in which they're built?

Extraordinary UFO flyby (x 2) imaged 4-26-2013 from my camera POV location. However, this round instead of my standard

90 degree upwards camera position, I aimed my camera towards the sky facing East, in the direction of Baltimore-New York

City, exactly due North from my general POV. The camera is aimed 60 degrees upwards and eastwardly. For the sake of

space, I have created a composite of Flyby 1 of 2. I captured the luminous UFO on 2 separate flybys. It maintained a straight

In this event, the camera captured 16 consecutive frames of this Luminous Violet-Red UFO. To save space, I made a 17 frames

composite, which if I connect the dots, we can see this objects inconsistent trajectory and flight path. It zigzagged. However; it is

UFO 8-02-2013 Flight trajectory analysis. Connecting the dots from center point to center point, I am able to show this UFO's flight

trajectory. Based on this data, the UFO constantly deviated its flight trajectory and structural integrity, morphing /changing its shape

in each frame captured of this UFO object. I sampled the UFO, and used its extraterrestrial color texture to make the line to connect

these frames in this flight trajectory analysis. I have seen this flight pattern, which looking from a frontal perspective, would appear

to be "slithering" like a snake in flight. (Morphing and changing shapes)

4-22-2015 Cluster Analysis 3 HD TRACKER. This is not a balloon or series of connected balloons? Its physical structure makes it

impossible to be airborne, several of the appendages are flat. What then gives this anomaly buoyancy while airborne? The anomaly

is morphing as it flies by with even and consistent altitude.

4-22-2015 UFO Cluster Flyby Analysis . There are those that assumed this to be a mass of balloons, however; how does a mass

of balloons maintain flight consistency when the bulk of the mass is deflated?

July 16, 1952. The first documentation of ET in Washington DC. Robert Stanley of UNICUS Magazine has extensive Washington

DC research. 1952 US Capitol UFO Flyby Film Analysis . In 1952 from an optional vantage point, an individual with a 16 mm Bolex

camera filmed the UFO flyby @ the US Capitol. In the 360 frames of analysis materials, 358 axial corrections had to

be made for drift associated to being "hand held". It is an impossibility that this footage is an animation. Those that

claim its animation are absolutely clueless and can't tell you what program rendered the 3D (?) animation.

CIA analysis 1952. I was able to match with 100% certainty, the monochromatic visual on this sample, to the 16

mm bolex motion picture above (in the monochromatic analysis). This sample served as a forensic verifier.

July 16, 2002 at the US Capitol Building (Lower US Senate Park) . What I did not have at the time was Advanced Full Color Night

Vision with 60 frames per second capabilities.

2002 US Capitol UFO Mark Rosoff Film Analysis. Mark was a Justice Department film analysis for PENN Camera, now closed in

Washington DC.

5-31-2015 UFO Green Sphere SM SDM WARP Analysis. The return of the Green Spheres was indeed inevitable. This is the second

capture with exact characteristics* associated with the anomalies imaged from Lower US Senate Park. The fact of the matter that the

US Government has known of these anomalies since 1942, in the skies over Germany and Japan during WW 2. The research below

was provided by James Fox.

The US Government, quite aware of the Green Fireball UFO, have withheld information. My objects landed July 16, 2002 at the

US Capitol Building. Several anomalies were recorded and reported by US Capitol Police officers on duty during the time of the

event. What I did not have were motion picture samples. Those did not appear until D4s came online. The distortion of information

continued within the Obama administration which scoffed at the realities associated with extraterrestrial incursions in our airspace.

The actual image sample prior to ICE Enhancements using Nikon Cool Scan direct film scan technology (14 BiT digital) . The

anomaly and several objects which detached from the stationary formation of green objects, and landed in Taft Park.

I returned to the scene of the crime with state of the art imaging technology, in hopes of having another opportunity to capture

the Green Fireball 9-20-2017. 15 years later the trees have developed, and this would still be a place where an object would have

ample space to land.

Europa Moon water spout data was suppressed by NASA by pixelating the image sample to distort the facts.
