In this body of work, the image samples have no optical distortions associated with them. This indicates without doubt, that the anomalies

imaged, are well within our atmosphere.

Grumman 1960

Grumman Ground Satellite Tracking technology 3-08-1960. Grumman tracked and documented the anomaly using advanced film

technology in the 1960's. However; their interpretation of the data is incorrect:

The strange object was reported as result of a news story in the Argus-Leader saying a vapor trail or what resembled a large beam

of light in the atmosphere was reported over Sioux Falls and later much of the nation. There is no scientific explanation, as yet for

the object, which was reported traveling cast to west rather than on the west to east trajectory common to man-made satellites.

This Grumman example serves as the basis of analysis to this study. What's imaged is not a vapor trail, however; an extraterrestrial

craft, imaged below at 60 frames per second. The multiple examples ranging from 500nm-950nm IR, through Full Color Night Vision

at 60 fps. The multiple samples are comparative forensically. This also serves as an example of an erroneous analysis. What was

seen was not a vapor trail. A vapor trail does not have prolonged longevity, just as these samples cannot be meteors upon entry

into Earths atmosphere.

UFO Taken by Gruman 3-08-1960 array setup

The Grumman 3-08-1960 imaging array systems setup, documented the Band of Light UFO object using a multiple

camera system. Though film based systems, this concept substantially upgraded, is utilized in this forensic

documentation. The design and operational parameters of my Optical array, is built upon the concepts used

by Grumman in 1960. The changes in the array start with the camera systems used in the system upgrade.

In 1960 Grumman used large format cameras and film to capture Spatial events. The monochromatic film was

not able to capture the Red UFO Band of Light anomaly in its true colors. The film media had not upgraded or

advanced. Film as it was in 1960, was limited at best to ISO 1600 (ISO 400 Pushed 2 Stops).

This work is built upon extraordinary documentation.

OTA Platform based on Grumman design

OTA Platform with Hyperstar lens (white) and 2000 mm reflector . Both OTA's are aligned specifically to NSEW, Northern alignment.

With 2 lens in sync, I am able to gather dual captures of events. Each OTA is aimed exactly 90 degrees straight up. Alignment is

achieved using a balance bubble at the Hyperstar lens coupler. Balanced along both X, and Y axis. Lens camera telemetry is sent

to each operating computer, which independently controls each camera. Focus on Hyperstar is permanently fixed. In focus, it stays

in focus until refocused. All systems are operated using Hewlett Packard Z Book G2-4 systems (Windows 10-Pro). Video output from

each OTA is processed in AVID Media Composer 8.8.4 with Boris FX BCC 2019 (Perpetual). Analysis systems are Autodesk

3dsmax2019. Unlike Grumman, I have 3 systems online, the third is an independent (FCNV/FSIR) camera mounted directly to

the Hyperstar OTA (white).

Hubble design 2

The initial design applications associated with NASA Hubble, and its original 8086 architecture, systemically failed during a Windows

upgrade of the 8086 CPU. It could not be upgraded. Bypassing the 8086 CPU with a Windows application, only extended its demise

due to a lack of applicable systemic upgrades.NASA Hubble is ISO 1600, with ISO 800 as operational standard. Along side of Hubble is

a 2800 mm/933 mm f/2.0 Hyperstar lens. Its design an exact micro replica of Hubble, however; its Full Spectrum IR/UV/X-ray @ ISO 4

Million. Looking @ the numbers; the smaller package is light years superior to its original, inclusive of scientific forensic results.

2nd camera capture, filmed @ ISO 204800, is ISO 204000 higher than Human nocturnal vision @ ISO 800. This is 200000 times

lesser in sensitivity than humans can possibly process. In Infrared 470nm, however; its quite visible as an extreme Red color.
