The crew of First Contact investigating my Close Encounter July 2002 and the original
July 1952 event which brought my encounter to light? July 16, 1952, and July 16, 2002*
The differences between mine (2002) and the 1952 event are technological. My samples
are also reflective of stationary airborne and landed objects, while in 1952 they did not
land intentionally. One of the 1952 anomalies was shot out of the air, however. This
production, unlike UFO Hunters, will focus on substantial physical data (my samples). The
interest in presenting forensic facts in the best possible presentation (technology). I will
not elaborate on the amount of time and the thousands of rolls of film color, Infrared, and
b&w, or the film processor I invented to achieve the extraordinary images I am able to generate.
My training in film via the US Military, I learned from the best, my Father and DOD. Having
a scientist for a father was a plus. Having substantial proof even more exceptional!

This HD sample is the Worlds first perfectly detailed UFO anomaly . The samples from this series of film images, are the first scientifically
substantiated physical documentation of an extraterrestrial incursion in Restricted Airspace. Limitations imposed by the US Congress,
restricted flight within the areas of Federal Government Buildings and Landmarks. The US Capitol Building falls within the jurisdiction of this rule,
however this sample is an obvious exception? How could officials know of this kind of event? imaged to film. These varied colored
anomalies are impervious to analysis. UFOdc has lead the industry in analog Low light imagery, for over a decade. However; times have changed, and
I now apply my expertise in film to Nikon HD Digital Technology. With the ability to image in extreme low and high lighted environments (25600 ISO) in
HD digital, UFOdc can image any event with 100% precision. Technology used by NASA, on Earth.
During this exposure, the anomaly dematerialized and folded space, to rematerialize in another location! It generated a "Stargate". A singularity
in the sky. I must say: To stand beneath a UFO as it warps out is quite a rush! To experience such events and document them all in close proximity.
However; explaining an unknown, is only valid due to the physical experience. If you were not there, then please try to reserve attempts to
explain something you have no knowledge on. Note the repeating oscillation patterns in the center manifestation of this anomaly at warp.
The evidence indicated resonance, which this anomaly oscillated, taking its physical structure to another level, essentially generating a exiting
Stargate wormhole. I do not know the connection too the 2 red distortions in the sky? It seems these Red objects have also been
sampled on the Moon during Apollo 16.

in 2002 we had a holiday in cuba, 10th - 24 july, on the way home i saw something that will stay with me until the day i die,

the flight path home took us along the eastern side of the usa, i had a window seat and while over land i like to look out at

the scene below, as we were passing over washington i looked out of the airplane window and saw 'lights' that i assumed

was maybe lightening but the movements of these lights made me realize it was something more, i tried to show my

husband but as i pointed out where the lights were they would suddenly 'jump' moving at great speed and he would miss

them, fascinated i watched for as long as i could which was only a few minutes as the plane was moving away from them. the

lights were colored, blue, orange, red, violet, it seemed as though i was watching something spinning and the co lour changed

as the object turned, it would be in one place, revolving for a few seconds and then it would be gone only to reappear in a

different part of the sky, there was more than one object and there seemed to be a pattern to the movement, it was unlike

anything i had ever seen before, i knew i would see something about these lights in the paper and sure enough a couple of

days later there was a report in the daily mail about the UFO over washington

Red Object Hovering in Sky Over Washington, DC on July 31, 2002

At approximately 4:45 -5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 31, 2002, I was walking across the bridge to Roosevelt Island when I saw

a red object hovering in the sky. The object appeared to be stationary or moving very slowly around the 1-2,000 foot range. The

object was located at 2:00 o'clock in the sky from my path across the bridge onto the island. I blinked and blinked and blinked

again, and the object was visible to me for approximately 5-6 seconds. The object was initially solid and blocky in appearance but

in the final seconds, it seemed to turn on end and then the object reflected the sunlight like a shield. The object then seemed to

change shape as it shimmered like a flag in the breeze and disappeared from view.

Enhanced film sample shows this object left a "warp signature" in the airspace in which it traveled? The object affected the air around it,
leaving a trail of glowing light (air) There was more here than meets the eye? Enhanced further, this sample shows "Stargate" Technology.
This sample further, negates relative conditions of physics as we know it? Resonance propulsion and Unified Field Theory:
The Philadelphia Experiment

Negation to the Laws of Light in Motion (Sir Isaac Newton). How does a formation of green objects, in lateral and upwards motion,

leave 2 different colored energy signatures? The streaks in each direction should be (green) the same color? Secondly, this solid
has become fluid, with what could be advanced heavy density plasma technology, where plasma density is based
on energy. The more energy, the heavier the plasma density. However;I am not Extraterrestrial and my assertions could be
no more than conjecture* As Stanton Friedman said to me: I may be reading into the data; I am.
Reading the data based on physical samples of the highest magnitude. It is physical data that supports my claims
and conjecture. However I invite those qualified in Advanced Theoretical Physics to examine this data and the
assertions implied in my research.

The temporal oscillation pattern was more apparent in the last manifestation of this single anomaly at the US Capitol.
To change the resonance frequency of an object, in theory, would allow that object too transcend time and space. Here the UFO
anomaly seems to prove that this is not a theory but an alien practical application. Again, based on this physical sample
and the experience of watching this anomaly "warp out", it is safe to say that, that which we deem as science fiction, is indeed
a scientific reality to an advanced lifeform not indigenous too this planet. The Non Corporeal entities also recorded several
times, during this documented Close Encounter of the Third and Fourth Kind. However; the entity I encountered was curious
and not hostile as represented in the Hollywood film based on alien contact: The Fourth KInd. In fact, other than the initial
fright of seeing the aliens, I encountered as a child in the UK (Sculthorpe RAF/USAF), they were never hostile. Some of
my visits seemed as follow ups, however none were hostile or physically restraining.

Green Object in the Night sky over the nations capital

The craft shot across the sky and looked almost like a green flare, it was very puzzling and this is the second time I

have seen it in the past few months and 40 miles away my girlfriend saw the same event and the same craft and

Identified the same object. I am not sure if I believe it was a ufo, but it looked like nothing I have seen before. I do

believe we are not alone.

Update: November 17, 2008*: The Same Anomaly imaged
almost in the exact same location as this 2002 sample! On this
night I met with Stanton Friedman, Peter Robbins, and Richard Dolan,
unaware I had captured the same UFO anomaly, however this time in
motion and in multiple HD 1080 i frames*. My samples are a match
shot too producer: John D'Auria's video DV sample. (First Contact).

MSNBC seems to be imaging constantly, airborne anomalies over the US Capitol Building

1952 US Capitol UFO Flyby Film Analysis . In 1952 from an optional vantage point, an individual with a 16 mm Bolex

camera filmed the UFO flyby @ the US Capitol. In the 360 frames of analysis materials, 358 axial corrections had to

be made for drift associated to being "hand held". It is an impossibility that this footage is an animation.

I will show forensic data which substantiates all the materials of 2002, however now with
HD 1080 i physical files.* I am the first too document UFO activity in a HD 1080 format*

It seems there may be something of interest
in the area of this anomaly, especially for 2 physical samples to be generated
6 years apart? (July 16, 2002/November 17, 2008) The physical data keeps adding up?
However; this anomaly seems to be discharging a red sphere towards the building?

There was a third visible luminous anomaly
on the ground House side the Reflection Pool. This anomaly entered the water, and swam towards my camera POV and subject target.

Anomaly on the roof of the Capitol, House Side. I am concerned for those that work beneath
area of contact. February 2007, Discovery dispatched a crew and reporter Rob Simone to
interview me and look at the evidence. We went back to the Capitol, and in Taft Park where
there were ground based (landed) UFO anomalies (green spheres). In areas of contact,
all indigenous plant life either does not grow or is mutated to another obscure form? The
grass in the area where the entity watched us (rear of Reflection Pool Park), was most bizarre?
A note: Betty and Barney Hill encountered and photographed energy based sphere
anomalies, which on film, though of a limited resolution and spectral absorption ability,
resembles anomalies imaged at the US Capitol July 16, 2002 (November 1950)*

The Objects reflection on the water was most abstract, and showed a modulating energy signature.

UPDATE 11-17-2008 HD 1080 i
HD 1080 i sample of the same anomaly I imaged on July 16, 2002, however in 2008 *

November 17, 2008 at the US Capitol, I imaged the same anomaly from 2002, almost in the same position
above the US Capitol Dome.
This reoccurring anomaly seems to have vested positioning in this area? Images in sequence

The HD 1080 i samples database, 11-17-2008 establishes consistency in phenomenon.

Airborne Red Anomaly Senate Side the US Capitol Building 11-17-2008
It seems this anomaly is prevalent in Washington also. Imaged at several locations,
one with 15 reference frames of this object in motion above the Potomac River

However, on the sample, I lost control over the camera? During the shoot, I could not focus
on the subject, the camera maintained lock on this red object, zig zagging above the water. The
sample yielded the design (shape) to this luminous object (UFO). It is however; consistent with
all its earlier samples (images), which I shall demonstrate. The Red UFO did not adhere too any
known aircraft technology known to man.

Note the plume extending to the rear,
the anomaly was traveling from right too left (Video) of anomaly in motion (15 frames) 8-10-09*

1-09-2010 19:55 PM while on assignment outside Andrews AFB, Maryland, I decided to take a high

speed sequence of images of the starfield, on this very cold but clear night. In the samples are a Red

while filming, I did not see this object. The cameras (Nikon D700) sensitivity set at 20000 ISO, using a 50 mm

f-1.8 Lens set to 2.8 and focused to infinity. The sequence shows this object performed a 90 degree turn along

with vectoring and erratic curved maneuvers. I will assume that this color of red, at that altitude, was not registered

US Capitol anomaly imaged in HD, shows a "cloaked " anomaly imaged in reflection (shadow)
form? It has a familiar shape, like that imaged of the Non Corporeal entity imaged at LZ 2,
Taft Park. Did this anomaly discharge alien organisms into the ground? I believe it do so.*
My October 22, 2008 images showed levels of anomalous activity I could only define as
Extraterrestrial?

entered the water, and swam behind the subject of this image. He saw the anomaly*, which affected him.

Spectral analysis of this Energy based Extraterrestrial Biological Entity.
Whatever this energy source is, it is impervious to advanced analysis.
It's gradient curves were extraordinary, and outside the range of
Photoshop CS 4/Combustion 4.5.4
Submerged EBE anomaly, had one constant that would not change
regardless of level and type of analysis. The sphere at the head of
this anomaly maintained integrity no matter how many times I tried
to analyze it?

My samples do show a luminous organism in the water of the Reflection Pool? Ironic
the ducks would be found in the area shown in my samples, with this luminous organism?

Using "Solarization algorithms" within the image processing
filtering dropdown, and applying it to each image within this
sample, it is noted that these anomalies did not respond as
conventional colors and light sources do? In the analysis of
these anomalies, state of the art technology is utilized to
examine this extraordinary film sample material.

Analysis of entity taken from 2 separate locations at the US Capitol
US Capitol Non Corporeal Entity Analysis. These samples are of the same anomaly,
however; at 2 different locations and time. Sample below was taken by

Using a HD digital camera, on a stationary platform (tripod), I fired several frames
from the same position. In many of the frames are extraordinary anomalies,
however; in one frame was a beam of light emanating from space ?

A very unusual series of images showing a cylindrical anomaly discharging something into the air, this was the final series
of images take at the US Capitol that night.

The sample represents action as recorded by the camera during this exposure. This sample does not conform to a
conventional aircraft, and is seen discharging "something" into the atmosphere. The object is consistent with the "Cylinders"
that have been seen in the area

I cannot explain this other than this cylindrical object was discharging something into the air.

What makes this sample most extraordinary is a fact that this is not the first time I encountered this anomaly?
In 2004 I sampled an area just outside the Capitol, called Union Station in infrared.

In the Infrared scan was an anomaly
flying from the sky towards the ground (street)? Its physical qualities are exactly like this HD 1080 i sample.

The physical attributes between the IR and HD 1080 i samples are exactly the same, however this IR sample
is film.

Note one anomaly appears to fly through the foundation of the fountain? Demonstrating inter dimensional capability.

In this sample, taken 10-22-2008 at the US Capitol, are several abstract and extraordinary imaged events:

Above the trees, is a UFO anomaly making a radical maneuver?I can think of no aircraft that can make a left turn as such?

From beneath the trash can on the sidewalk, 2 luminous spheres takeoff and travel the path of the sidewalk. They illuminate
above the next trash can, along the path of the sidewalk?

The spheres illuminated and expanded in size, based on the energy levels recorded in this 1080 i HD sample.

Inverted analysis showed the flight path from beneath the first trash can? There is about 4 inches of clearance beneath
these Park Service trash receptacles. Adequate room for a mini UFO hanger. Case and point to the micro-UFO anomalies:
